This Privacy Policy explains how Atrix Digital Media Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through Clip Campaign (the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address
  • Social media handles (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Payment method information (such as a PayPal or Venmo email address)
  • Clip submission links and any notes you provide

Information from connected accounts:

If you choose to connect your TikTok or Instagram account, we receive, with your authorization:

  • Basic profile information (username, user ID)
  • Analytics for content you submit to a Campaign, including views, likes, comments, and shares
  • An access token that allows us to retrieve this analytics data on an ongoing basis until you disconnect your account

We do not receive or request access to private messages, passwords, or content you have not submitted to a Campaign.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Administer Campaigns, including reviewing and approving submissions
  • Calculate and issue payments
  • Automatically track performance metrics for connected accounts
  • Communicate with you about Campaigns, payments, or account issues
  • Maintain records for compliance and dispute resolution

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as our hosting and database provider)
  • Payment processors, to issue payouts
  • TikTok and Instagram's own APIs, solely to retrieve the analytics described above
  • Legal authorities, if required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

5. Your Choices

  • You may disconnect your TikTok or Instagram account at any time, which stops future data collection from that platform.
  • You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including storing access tokens securely on our backend rather than exposing them publicly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
